About your therapist
A warm, careful listener with both lived and learned wisdom.

My name is Ajibola Adeoye-Adeyemi, and I am a Person-Centred Counsellor.
My work is grounded in the belief that our inner world — our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and experiences — shapes how we experience life, relationships, and challenges.
When this inner world feels overwhelming or unclear, it can affect our sense of wellbeing and direction.
I work with people in a safe and confidential space, offering acceptance, empathy, and a non-judgemental approach so clients feel seen and heard.
I am passionate about creating a space for honest exploration with warmth, authenticity, and sensitivity.
