These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mind & Heart Counselling website and services. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Mind & Heart Counselling provides online person-centred counselling services. Sessions are conducted via secure video call. The service is not a substitute for emergency medical care or psychiatric treatment.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Sessions must be booked through our online booking system. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged at the full session rate at the therapist's discretion.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework. Exceptions apply where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law.
5. Fees & Payment
Session fees are communicated prior to the first appointment. Payment is expected before or at the time of each session unless otherwise agreed. Fees may be reviewed periodically with reasonable notice.
6. Professional Standards
Mind & Heart Counselling is bound by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. If you have concerns about the service, you may raise a complaint through the BACP complaints process.
